We work very hard to maintain a wholesome, family-oriented atmosphere at our rental property. All renters must abide by the HOA rules & regulations.
Occupancy is strictly enforced and limited to FOUR adults at both of the Sunserra properties.
Person signing the lease agreement must be 25 years of age or older. This is a no smoking home and pets are not allowed. We ask for a refundable damage deposit with all reservations.
Sunserra "A64" bungalow/$200nt/$250holidays/$175after Labor Day/$70 cleaning fee/4 adult max Sunserra 'A67' two-story/$250nt/$300holidays/$200after Labor Day/$75 cleaning fee/4 adult max 3 night minimum on all summer stays $300 refundable damage deposit on all homes
