We work very hard to maintain a wholesome, family-oriented atmosphere at our rental property.   All renters must abide by the HOA rules & regulations.  Occupancy is strictly enforced and limited to FOUR persons, which includes babies & children.  Person signing the lease agreement must be 25 years of age or older.  This is a no smoking home and pets are not allowed.  We ask for a refundable damage deposit with all reservations.
